Mother’s Day Classes and Easter Tag

Hi everyone! Sorry I’ve been so remiss in posting our projects, but hopefully I’m going to be posting more of them to get everyone caught up with what we have been up to! Here are the projects that we did in April.

This was our Mother’s day card using the re-inker spread technique:

This was a special project we creating by just using a regular plain ole envelope. We sealed the envelope, then we cut the envelope with the long side up against the cutter at 3-3/4 inches sideways, punched the shorter end with the eyelet border punch, stamped our image at the bottom section of the envelope using the stamp set Just Believe in Blushing Bride and Pear Pizzazz, then ran that section through our crimper, popped in a packet of seeds. We stamped our sentiment on the top part of the shorter envelope, sponged in some Blushing Bride, and then ran some of our beautiful organza ribbon around it with a bow and then just slipped the bottom into the top and we had a cute, easy, simple gift to tuck inside our Mother’s Day card. This would also be good in placing some chocolate or a scented sachet too!

Here is another view when opened!

Lastly, we did an ADORABLE bunny tag using our punches – they turned out so darling. I attached the ribbon to the back of the tag with Velcro so it would go around the handle of my granddaughter’s baskets and hang. They loved it – (and so did my Mom)!

Thanks for looking at our April projects! If you have any questions – feel free to e-mail me!
