Hi Everyone! I’ll be posting November’s Framed Art insert tomorrow, but I wanted to share with you our first Kids Class ever! We had 8 little girls who took part in a Halloween themed class. Everyone brought some food, I provided the crafts, and then we helped our granddaughters/children to make a spider card (thank you Sandy M!) for their teachers, bus drivers, and moms and dads and then little treat bags using the Ghoulish Googlies Designer Kit out of the Holiday Mini Catalog. The ages ranged from 5 to 11, and everyone had a great time, along with the adults to help make a memory! I took lots of pictures which I plan on printing out for them the next time we meet (once every quarter) so they can then create a page for a scrapbook to have a memory of the time they spent with their grandmother or mom in learning a craft that we all love. This was a VERY FUN time for all of us. Here are some pictures for you to enjoy! I have to tell you that they all AMAZED me with how talented they were with their ideas – they blew me away!
Here are the treat bags they made:

We all enjoyed a lunch together when craft time was over:
Then to finish the day, we took a group photo of all of us and Barb had little treat bags for everyone to go home with! Thank you to EVERYONE who brought food and treats to make this a fun time with our children/grandchildren!
