Hi Everyone! I thought I would share the class I held on April 9th where we all put together the March Paper Pumpkin kit. If you have not come to a Paper Pumpkin class yet, here is what they look like. Here are some photos with everything set up, waiting for everyone to arrive – the areas are all ready to go with projects all done!
Although every class is different due to the nature of the various projects, usually I will have one alternate choice available for people to make if they would like to, so here is the first project made like the kit – the top white envelope is how the kit had it, but the bottom card is an alternate way:
Here is our second project with the image on the left being how the kit made it and the card on the far right being the alternative project:
Here is how we used the envelope that came with this project and I found on Pinterest and loved how you can turn it into a little box to hold 3×3 note cards:
Here are the note cards:
As you can see – there were plenty of projects to make out of March’s Paper Pumpkin kit. Everyone had a great time and special thanks to Carol for bringing delicious molasses/ginger cookies and to Sharon for bringing her delicious breakfast casserole – YOU GUYS ROCK!
AND, everything show above was made from just ONE KIT with plenty left over to make more. Love these kits!
So if you are in the Rochester area and would like to give these classes a try, we meet usually the first Saturday of the month from 9 to 11 a.m. You just have to either let me know you would like to come by the 10th of the previous month and I will order you a kit to try and you can pay me when you come to class, or sign up to receive a Paper Pumpkin Kit in the mail each month by clicking HERE. Just please designate me as your demonstrator (Gail Emmons, zip 14514) to come to these classes, FREE for My Paper Pumpkin subscribers of mine!
Oh, and I thought I would throw in one last photo of my hubby whom I made move from reading his paper at the kitchen counter to over at the kitchen table….. he is so cute, even though he felt displaced so I could set everything up!
Hugs!
